Ten teams entered the playoffs and the competition was moved to the fall. Menlo repeated as champion.

St. Francis took a two overtime victory over Menlo School for its first CCS water polo title
St. Francis dunked Mitty, 6-3, for its second consecutive championship.
St. Francis defeated Menlo School for the third straight year to take the championship again.
St. Francis continued its winning ways, taking a fourth straight championship with a 6-2 victory over Sacred Heart Prep.
Menlo School, which had lost the championship to St. Francis in 2000, 2001, and 2002, defeated the Lancers, 6-5, to claim its first title since 1998.
Menlo School won its second straight championship with a 6-4 victory over Menlo-Atherton.
Competition was split into two divisions. Champions were Mitty (Div. I) and Menlo School (Div. II).
The two division format was retained with Menlo-Atherton winning Div. I and Sacred Heart Prep taking Div. II.
