MEDICAL SERVICE AWARDS- 5, 10, and 20-year lapel pins for medical personnel serving CCS member schools.
This award provides a recognition pin for Team Doctors, Physical Therapists, Trainers, EMT;s NP’s , PA;s, chiropractors etc. who have served a particular CCS high school(s) for a designated number of years. The programs provides for those medical personnel, whose names are submitted by any CCS member school, to receive a lapel pin recognizing their 5, 10, or 20 years of medical service to that CCS member school.
Procedure: Schools may submit the information sheet provided by CCS to the CCS with the pertinent information on the medical staff that the school wishes to recognize.
Presentation: The appropriate year lapel pin and a letter from CCS will be sent to the member school for presentation as determine to be appropriate.
